Just to share an interesting fact with you guys.
I attended class today and we were studying about customer relations
so my lecturer was talking about bad service
and if we were to lose a customer a day, who spends about a $100 a week on shopping
In a year we would lose about 365days x 52 weeks x $100
it comes up to $1 898 000
WOW that’s like almost 2 million gone per yr
customers are important…
